1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 777ar Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, form the entire agreement between the Player and 777ar governing access to and use of the 777ar platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services.

Your continued use of the 777ar platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of each session. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777ar platform and close your account.

777ar reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their 777ar account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a 777ar account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online casino gaming or sports betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any exclusion register maintained by 777ar or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

777ar operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a government-issued photo identification and proof of address — before withdrawals are processed. 777ar reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 777ar account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777ar reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.Account Management

When registering a 777ar account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes. 777ar accepts no liability for losses or delays caused by inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 777ar login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out through your 777ar account using your credentials is your sole responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777ar support immediately at [email protected]. 777ar will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account for security purposes during the investigation period.

777ar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reason to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• The Player is engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8 of these Terms;
• Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the 777ar platform or to other Players.

4.Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on the 777ar platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ar supports the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Bank Transfer.

Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited via a third-party payment instrument may be voided and returned, and the associated account may be suspended.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the selected payment method. Current deposit limits are displayed on the 777ar deposit page at the time of transaction.

777ar does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or financial institution may apply transaction fees or charges outside of 777ar's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider before depositing.

Deposits are generally credited to the 777ar account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, Players should contact 777ar support with their transaction reference number for investigation.

5.Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Any active bonus funds or amounts subject to pending wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.

777ar processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional business days.

777ar reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional identity documents, proof of payment method, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

In cases where 777ar has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions, 777ar reserves the right to freeze withdrawal requests pending investigation. Any funds found to be associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

777ar offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 777ar promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who have met the stated requirements at the time of the promotion.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• 777ar reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by a Player.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or using automated systems to farm bonus value — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

7.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777ar platform are final once confirmed. 777ar does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been submitted and accepted by the system, except in cases of a clear and demonstrable technical error on the part of 777ar.

777ar reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed after the event or market has concluded;
• The odds or pricing were clearly erroneous due to a system or data feed error;
• The outcome of the event has been materially affected by circumstances beyond normal sporting conduct (e.g., match-fixing, force majeure);
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game supplier and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and on the relevant sportsbook market page.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, 777ar's system will complete the round according to the game engine's recorded state at the point of disconnection. 777ar accepts no liability for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ar platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive 777ar, including providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting identity during KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the 777ar platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome, or participating in any arrangement to fix an event.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the 777ar platform in a non-human manner.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the 777ar software to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the 777ar platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one 777ar account for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or account suspensions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777ar platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

12.Limitation of Liability

777ar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of account information;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet outages, or force majeure events;

777ar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Players' rights or obligations — 777ar will notify registered Players by email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice and will take immediate effect upon publication on the 777ar website.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777ar holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 777ar, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication.
